SHIPPING METHOD
All items ship insured with tracking. Items over $500 in value require a signature on delivery and travel in protective, museum-quality casing.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Every shipment is insured. If your item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us immediately through our Contact page and we'll work with the carrier and insurer to resolve it.
